<p style="line-height: 20px;">I’m going to be straightforward here. This is the one mistake that most people make that for some reason really bothers me.  Here it is:</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">Most people have a hard time spending money on their health, but don’t have any problem spending money at Dunkin Donuts buying a coffee and a bagel for example.  It’s crazy to me. This is just an example of how backwards we are as a society.   We complain about our weight and health, we say we want to lose weight and get healthier, but we complain about how much it costs to spend on nutrition and at the same time we go spend money every foods and drinks that poison our bodies.  This is called a walking contradiction.  I’m not here to offend you, but if you are offended you should leave my blog right now.   I am here to wake you up.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">Another example: We complain that organic food costs too much money, but we do not realize that we spend so much more money on medicine, hospital costs, etc. Do you honestly think, especially in today’s economy, that health care is going to cover all your potential future hospital bills?</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">In my circle of influence everyone invests at least $200 per month on his or her nutrition.  The question you may ask is “why would someone spend so much money on nutrition (really $200 per month is very little). Here’s why?</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;"><b>#1)  they want to live a quality life. You can’t put a price tag on the most precious gift God has ever given us: the body.</b></p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;"><b>#2) it will cost you more money to eat like most of us in America, than spending money on healthy food and nutritional supplementation.</b>  For example let’s say you go to your local health store and buy a meal replacement shake to replace your breakfast for $3. At the end of the month you would have spent $90 on meal replacement shakes for breakfast. What do most people do in America?</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">Most people head to their local Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, or fast food restaurant, buy a coffee and bagel or donut, or whatever the hell people eat nowadays, and spend way more than $3.  If you go to Starbucks a scone will cost you about $1.50.  On average someone will probably spend at least $5 on an unhealthy meal for breakfast. I’m not even talking about lunch here.  We usually spend a little more on lunch.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">So lets do the math. $5 per day on an unhealthy meal at the end of the month = $150 per month.  Whereas $3 per day on that meal replacement shake at the end of the month = $90 per month. So in this scenario you save $60 going healthy. </p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;"><b>#3) they understand that in today’s world whether you like it or not nutritional supplementation is not a luxury anymore.</b>  It’s not an option.  It has now become a necessity.  Some people say, “I’m going to eat all natural food”. I say good luck because that’s hard to find.  You can go on a raw food diet, which I highly recommend, but you will need to supplement your daily vitamin and nutritional needs that your body requires.</p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">You can be the healthiest person in the planet and eat the healthiest food, but at the end of the day, at most, you will only get about 30-40% of the daily nutritional intake your body requires. </p>
<p style="line-height: 20px;">Here’s the bottom line. Don’t be cheap on your future and your health. If you do not invest into your health it will cost you more money and more pain.   Stay away from the fast food, the coffee and bagels.  Do your research and find a good brand that you can get your monthly nutrition from, spend some of your grocery money on organic and raw foods as well.  You will notice a huge difference in your body, in your energy, and in your life. I can’t begin to explain to you how great it feels to have the body you want, feel great, be confident, and hell…save money. </p>
